If you want to market your houses to let yourself you can use openrent to get them on the big property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla. Then I use a mixture of Jotform with conditional questions and Simply Book Me to automate tenant screening and viewing scheduling without needing to be constantly phoning applicants that are not acceptable. Dialogflow CX is the most advanced dialog model with a combination of intents, events and a state machine for every flow.
