I always used care.com sittercity.com urbansitter.com Just make sure you call references and do a trial run with them! Also a perk if they are CPR certified but there are tons of resources out there. White House Nannies is the major nanny agency here, but I feel like most nannies who sign up for it are looking for full time work. I think Liberapay is a great way to spontaneously pay OSS developers.
