Sketchbook is the only other drawing software I use, but it also has this issue just moving it around on my desktop, OneNote, every other windows application, and also on any microsoft edge webpage. You have 2 game modes with 2 games every day to play (free account). One game mode is there you set your hiding spot and people need to guess it.
