Sketchbook is the only other drawing software I use, but it also has this issue just moving it around on my desktop, OneNote, every other windows application, and also on any microsoft edge webpage. In the past, I've used a program to display the traditional keyboard key states, but in the end, I find it's just not necessary. Ideally, none of them should ever change and preventing them from being accidentally toggled is pretty easy. Source: over 1 year ago
