  Sketchbook is the only other drawing software I use, but it also has this issue just moving it around on my desktop, OneNote, every other windows application, and also on any microsoft edge webpage. It's clear there's a market for well-designed and compelling VR chat. VRChat[1] has a large community and had a very active developer community[2].
