  • IWTL how to be a morning person
The body has 90 minute sleep cycles and it's best to time it so you wake up at the beginning or end of one. Here's a sleep calculator that'll estimate it https://sleepcalculator.com/. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Can’t sleep….
Ck out this site it takes anxiety out of I have to get up in x hours. It’s not how long you sleep but whether you get complete sleep cycles in. It helped me so much! https://sleepcalculator.com/. Source: about 1 year ago
  • How do you wake up on time?
Time bedtime for full sleep cycles - (This is the key) Sleep cycles are typically 90 minutes and if someone wakes up between sleep cycles instead of in the middle, they usually feel more rested. To test this, I timed my bedtime (using sleepcalculator.com) so that I'd be ending a sleep cycle around when my alarm goes off. I made a deal with myself that when my alarm goes off, I take a moment to check how I'm... Source: over 1 year ago

I use a sunrise alarm clock in combination with my phone alarm clock. Combine that with actually catching up on lost sleep by going to bed early for about a year, and using sleepcalculator.com to make sure I didn’t wake up in the middle of a REM cycle, I don’t have issues any more, even on days where I have to forgo 8 hours. • like you do-Joji n About Us- the 1975
I'd recommend visiting gnoosic.com and adding Joji/The 1975 etc. Into the algorithm to generate similar artist recommendations. Alternatively, you could probably type generic keywords into Spotify like 'young love' or 'the one that got away' and find some relevant playlists there. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Listen to Suishou no Fune!
After LRD's songs were removed from Spotify I really had nothing that sounded like them to listen to except the recent version of White Awakening. About a week ago I discovered a website called gnoosic that recommends music based on a few bands you like. I put in LRD and it recommended Suishou no Fune so I checked them out. They sound so much like LRD and I finally found some LRD-esque music to listen to. If you... Source: over 2 years ago
