How do you like the desk? I'm currently using an autonomous.ai sit to stand desk (i never stand because for whatever reason I can't problem solve as well while standing) and I have a secretlab chair that I think is "just OK" (titan evo 2022), but I've been looking at their desks for a while now. I actually currently work an office job, though I do have the luxury of getting up frequently. That is the first thing I would recommend, is standing and stretching as often as you can. I also bought a chair from Autonomous (autonomous.ai) that has really good lumbar support and adjustability. If you're up for self-hosting, there's BabyBuddy[0]. There's no first-party native app, but it is a decent web app and there's some third-party apps/integrations. I’m using Baby Buddy, I built some ESPHome devices to trigger on button presses (from what others have posted as modifications).
