  I actually currently work an office job, though I do have the luxury of getting up frequently. That is the first thing I would recommend, is standing and stretching as often as you can.   I've been using Hinge (premium user) for about 6/7 months, and suddenly got banned last week. I reached out to customer service to find out why and they said I violated the terms of service, but refused to disclose any further information about what I supposedly violated.
