How do you like the desk? I'm currently using an autonomous.ai sit to stand desk (i never stand because for whatever reason I can't problem solve as well while standing) and I have a secretlab chair that I think is "just OK" (titan evo 2022), but I've been looking at their desks for a while now. I actually currently work an office job, though I do have the luxury of getting up frequently. That is the first thing I would recommend, is standing and stretching as often as you can. I also bought a chair from Autonomous (autonomous.ai) that has really good lumbar support and adjustability. As a ruby developer, I was happy to find that VS Code / TextMate grammar files use the same regular expression engine called Oniguruma as ruby itself.
