Continually improving working life and making it more enjoyable. This passion is the driving force behind Solkie.
Solkie facilitates effective leadership and enjoyable working. We make organisational change and growth visible by asking and answering questions online/via mobile. This supports organisational health in terms of both financial health and the human factor.
That which is visible receives attention, and that which receives attention grows. Leading and managing the right organisational changes is quicker and more efficient if the changes are clearly visible. By getting the right answers back, decisions are justified with up-to-date and substantiated information about attitude, behaviour, and motivation of employees.
In short, Solkie provides effective digital employee surveys that are fun too.
