Do you have a budget? If so, there's this tool I've worked with called Sonix that generates transcripts of what you feed into it. It's not super accurate, but it's good enough. Unfortunately, none of the sample videos loaded for me. I’m really excited about having text to 3D. It’ll massively speed up game dev for me. Anything World has rigs and procedurally animates 3D objects.
