  The good thing is, you'll still have all of your media sorted and organized on whatever hardware was hosting Plex, so you'll just need to install new software to host it.   In the past I used to use an online app called DIARIOAPP (before they went to more of a subscription model); I also used Microsoft Word before that. More recently I've been trying out Microsoft One Note Journaling with One Note. I have an iPad, an Android cell phone, and a Windows computer--so I prefer a tool that is muli-platform.
