Spigot BloomerangNOT recommended at all! We had a terrible experience with Bloomerang. In addition to awful customer services, the hidden charges to upgrade the packages made their services pathetic. Those charges were kept 'hidden' at the time of signing up. Seems like minimizing customer benefits and maximizing the company profit at any cost is their only agenda. Such wastage of money and time with these highly expensive and not-at-all-worth-it services.

GriefPrevention is definitely one of the most popular claiming plugins. It has 8000 servers using it as I type this. I do want to say that it seems like the plugin relies off dev builds, hence why the link I provided isn't a spigotmc.org one.
