I have also manually added my current program to both this app and the Caliber app while I decide which I prefer. They both have their pros and cons. Try them and see which one you like best.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
