I've had a great time with statuscake.com for my personal and friends sites. They've even improved custom status pages to include an automatically signed certificate too, so you can make a site like status.yourdomain.com... Since FastAPI is just a web framework, it can be used with nearly any DB/NoSQL DB framework that supports Python and your O/S and database driver of choice. Others have mentioned MongoDB and associated PyMongo derivatives, which is probably going to be your main option.
