Yes. My activity feed won't load, including activity feeds at the bottom of people's profiles. I cleared all the website data, cache, and cookies for strava.com out of Safari, reloaded, and it worked on the first load, but went back to being broken after that. If you are ok with a Saas and if it's just scheduled jobs that you are monitoring, there are a number of monitoring tools where you tell when job completes (with a http request) and a missing ping (after a grace period) means that it failed. There's a great service already existing with a riff on that name, even - https://deadmanssnitch.com/ DMS is useful for stuff like crons where you're trying to monitor an event that happened rather than whether a service is online.
