The way he got it was by killing someone with his current melee, and somehow after the kill, it switched to "maul", kind of like how in surviv.io after you got a kill with something in potato mode. Was this a bug, or intentional? I also believe that the "maul" will most likely be used to break the black square stones that you can't break with anything else, like the hammers did in surviv. Wren is a "Benefit Corporation" (legal mission is both profit and positive impact) that aims to accept your money in exchange for doing something to offset your carbon footprint.
