Blender is amazing for rigging, but for everything else you described I'd say you should consider svgator.com. Not that popular from what I've seen on here, and the free plan is limited, but as far as ease of using goes it's hard to beat. It's browser-based, so there's nothing to install/download. This rabbit hole is a waste of time, as someone who's been down it, you'll find piles of resources claiming CSS and JS flags will give you what you want but it never really gets there.
