Blender is amazing for rigging, but for everything else you described I'd say you should consider svgator.com. Not that popular from what I've seen on here, and the free plan is limited, but as far as ease of using goes it's hard to beat. It's browser-based, so there's nothing to install/download. Not sure if anyone else had found this, but while I was doing research for a school project I came across a page, thiscatdoesnotexist.com, it shows a picture of a cat, very time you reload it it shows a different one, If I try to view the source it just shows what to me are just random symbols, maybe a more experienced programmer could find out what they are?
