Proton VPN is free, but it doesn't let you torrent. I often use webtor.io which will torrent files for me, and then I can direct download from there. seedr.cc is also a good website for it. You give them the torrent file, they torrent it, then all you do is download your files like normal from the site. Source: 12 months ago
Use a website like seedr.cc or something similar. Anything with cloud torrenting. I've been using it for over 10 years now and it's worth every penny. The ISP doesn't say jack about it and I've used it on multiple ISP's in these past years. Source: 12 months ago
