If you are on android I have succesfully used SyncMyTracks: https://syncmytracks.com/ to import my historical activity form google fit / suunto into Garmin Connect. It does include Samsung Health as an account it will sync. In the past I used to use an online app called DIARIOAPP (before they went to more of a subscription model); I also used Microsoft Word before that. More recently I've been trying out Microsoft One Note Journaling with One Note. I have an iPad, an Android cell phone, and a Windows computer--so I prefer a tool that is muli-platform.
