• Do PMs take meeting notes?

  PM for 5+ years and I’m still horrible at taking notes. I can’t multitask between understanding the conversation that’s happening, providing input AND writing what’s happening at the same time! I finally got the courage to tell folks to wait so that I can finish writing “next steps” before continuing the conversation.   I've seen Copper CRM work quite well for contractors (assuming that your team is using or open to using Google Workspace - if you're not using Google Workspace, I'd probably ask why not?
