PM for 5+ years and I’m still horrible at taking notes. I can’t multitask between understanding the conversation that’s happening, providing input AND writing what’s happening at the same time! I finally got the courage to tell folks to wait so that I can finish writing “next steps” before continuing the conversation. When we initially researched, we did them independently. For RFP software, we wanted something to help with tracking, analyzing, generating proposals, AI answer suggestion/knowledge base, assigning related tasks etc. Avnio & RFPIO made our shortlist.
