  Fair question. You can download data from strava or use a service like https://tapiriik.com to sync work outs between platforms. I used with success about 6 years ago to move all my data from runkeeper to strava. Source: over 1 year ago

  They do have indoor rowing on strava. I use my garmin for it. You can also use the strava app to record "workout" since it's not listed as a specific activity. https://tapiriik.com/ is also a great way to sync activities across platforms. Source: over 1 year ago
