  There's an Android app called Tasker that is much more flexible and powerful. It allows you to set up rules that trigger actions based on the contexts of your choosing, including combinations of contexts (ie location + time). It's $3.50 in the Google Play store.   For web maps I'd strongly recommend using OpenLayers. While it's less convenient to get started with compared to the alternatives it's also much more feature-complete and you'll likely hit a ceiling in terms of functionality much later than you would with the others. Source: about 1 year ago
