I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best. You should absolutely try NetHunt CRM, its integration with Gmail and other Google products is superb. Our main requirement with CRM was fitting into G apps environment, we tried lots of them. Nethunt has the most "native" integration. Source: over 3 years ago
