I use castr.io, which is a little less expensive than restream imho. I'm on their Multistream Plus plan, which allows up to 2 concurrent streams and multistreaming to up to 5 destinations. You'd be using something else to push simultaneously to YouTube and Twitch. OBS can send RTMP to 2 destinations, or you can use a dedicated service like castr.io or restream. Both take in a single RTMP, and send it to multiple locations. Source: about 2 years ago
