• High school teacher here, looking for any suggestions for labs I could set up on some older PCs where students can actually see and experience what they are doing.

  Testout is an IT courseware company that provides labs and all types of training material from high school to professional level.   I would try to find something more related to computer art specifically. You could always try to take a course at a community college or something if they don't have one at yours. Ik for networking they have online courses you can take unrelated to colleges. https://w3.testout.com/ is a good one. I got a few certifications through them. Source: almost 3 years ago
