On your phone download TextMe and create an account for it. Your textme phone number has to be in the US state where you're shipito address is (well maybe not but again, for safety's sake). Unfortunately it's not free to get a US number,but it's on sale now, I think it's like $2. (I don't know if there's any other app like this that's free, but this worked for me.). CS is computer science. Also check out edx.com It is hosted by Harvard and if you pay for the course which is very little you get a certificate from them. There is also groupings of courses were you can get a business certificate. Also check out udemy.com. Wait for the specials for $10-15. Core coding and IT skills are a must though. Pick a language you followed and liked at Uni, check there is decent job demand for it, and do a udemy.com course on it (great value, great content, very cheap).
