   There are many new platforms for creating websites nowadays. But I still use WP and it works well. A lot of plugins and templates. Easy to find a developer to customise theme. No monthly fees. So, I like it.

I don't think there should be a problem with just using your personal cell phone number to verify, but if you want an extra layer of separation you can also try using a SMS verification service like sms-activate.org or...
