The overall shape of this feels off - the lines and shapes are muddy and uneven, with corners having a web-like connection to each edge. Was this autotraced from a sketch? As seen in this playful example I pulled from Google, even if you're aiming for an illustrative logo, you want linework to be CLEAN. Autotracing should be heavily discouraged unless used properly. For a couple more resources, here are some spacing details on what is "standard". There are typefaces that combine braille with letters easy for the sighted to read, but those are primarily for the sighted, as most printed braille is grade 2, containing contractions and ligatures for efficiency, and therefore not not one-to-one with written language.
