The Character Creator has a license wherein if you use it for non-commercial products (ie - a free game) you can do whatever more or less, and if you are using them for a commercial product a license to do so starts at $5. I created the initial version of the example in Inkscape v1.3.2. It produces markup that uses context-stroke. Vector graphics editors tend to be on the leading edge when it comes to adoption of SVG markup. It is the browsers that lag more often. - Source: dev.to / about 2 months ago
