You can actually control behavior between desktop/mobile, you just need to build two different pages and set a temp page on load that id's which device the user is on, and based on that it would send them to page.com or page.com/mob. I also built coronavirus.app. Most of the logic could have been developed with Bubble. The responsiveness of the design, I'm not so sure, though. If you're looking to have complete control on how things look, Bubble probably won't be enough. Or if you want the app to behave substantially differently on mobile and desktop, no-code probably isn't the right tool for the job. Also, I'm not sure how well Bubble scales.... Even if you aren't renting, I'd look for places using apartments.com commute distance feature. All roads in NJ are not created equal. You'll be able to live much further(cheaper, prettier, more space) the further south or west you go, and more than likely 95 or 80 will serve you better than the Garden State Parkway, Route 1, 9, 18, 27, 130. You have the budget to afford one of those luxury buildings. There aren't many (any?) in Somerville like that, I think it's due to permits/regulations or something.
