I would also recommend reading Arvid Kahl's book https://embeddedentrepreneur.com/. He presents a reliable approach for finding an audience to serve, "embedding" yourself into their communities, finding good problems to solve, and building your product in public with & for them. HACK: If you want to save all of your current slack messages, sign up for https://orbit.love, connect it to slack, and then grab the messages from the API.
