For GitHub, I'll say just do basic things and most importantly learn about merging and creating branch checkout, etc. Try to work with a team where if you even push in main by mistake it won't be a blunder. Tutorials are good but I was at the same place once. Git was scary lol. There are some intermediate things like rebase etc. But you won't need most of it. I would like to see examples of nocode apps with #4. I'd also like to know what language I should be using when searching and evaluating different tools.
