  You need to find one that embeds your URL into your QR Code, then they have no capability to modify or change it on the back-end. I use this somewhat less sketchy German website: the-qrcode-generator.com for my wife's marketing material because it uses my URL in my QR Code without being a middle man resolver. And also the weird thing that I saw is when you go take their survey so they can take your commission, they sent you to a weird ”typeform.com” link which apparently is a website that allowed them to have a web based platform they can use to create surveys without needing to...
