If you actually go to Witcher official website apart from a description that was recently added for Nintendo switch, the game doesn't call itself an RPG. Because RPG is a very broad genre.   There's an Android app called Tasker that is much more flexible and powerful. It allows you to set up rules that trigger actions based on the contexts of your choosing, including combinations of contexts (ie location + time). It's $3.50 in the Google Play store.
