If you actually go to Witcher official website apart from a description that was recently added for Nintendo switch, the game doesn't call itself an RPG. Because RPG is a very broad genre. I would suggest taking a look at Zello. It has a VoX feature. Not sure about using it for Google voice commands, or listening to music. Zello was designed for communication between people. Source: over 2 years ago
