To be more effective you can schedule your content with tools like ThreadStart, FeedHive, HypeFury. I started using HypeFury but it was expensive I switched to ThreadStart and I am still using it. As someone who's had visual snow for over 20 years and never linked it with other symptoms that are described in the study, my mind is blown.
