After using Notion, I became accustomed to viewing tasks in a certain date range and being able to tag assignments, which neither of the aforementioned apps could do the same way. Yes. I am doing this right now through noom.com. It takes a while but for me they say not to ignore the craving but understand what is triggering it: proximity to food, routine, boredom, "fog eating" (which is just mindlessly snacking when sitting on the couch or standing in the kitchen etc.) Then decide what it is you crave and why.
