Oh and for the file size: compressing is usually better than resizing. And your image is a PNG which is much bigger in size than a JPG and you barely notice the difference. You can use https://tinyjpg.com/ or any proper image editor for good compression or even in Wonderdraft, you can (for sharing on Reddit) better export it as a JPG and at 80% or so. When we initially researched, we did them independently. For RFP software, we wanted something to help with tracking, analyzing, generating proposals, AI answer suggestion/knowledge base, assigning related tasks etc. Avnio & RFPIO made our shortlist.
