u/fedx0 I have approved this post, the reason it's still banned by Reddit is because of the Bitchute links, you cannot post Bitchute links on Reddit. If you remove the links to Bitchute, or disguise the Bitchute links using TinyUrl and re-post the article, then it should be fine. Not saying it works for everyone, but the system I have worked out for myself is strength training 3-5 days/week during my lunch break at work. I've started using a new fitness app, Fitbod (https://fitbod.me/). I've only logged a couple workouts so far but am a pretty big fan of the app right away. My favorite thing is that I can set up multiple "gyms" in the app and define what each equipment has in it (my crappy station gym vs my decent home gym vs the local commercial gym I go to) and have it auto-generate workouts for me.
