I primarily work on PC so I downloaded Todoist instead of using the web version. I rebound my " ` / ~ " key to instantly allow me to add a task. Hitting this key and immediately typing what I want done, and when (natural language part), without needing to click around for due dates is really fast once you learn what the natural language is capable of. I use getharvest.com to track hourly and convert them to invoice. The only thing I don't like is that I have to add the task in the web dashboard rather than entering directly in the desktop app. There is 'note' field, but it won't show up in the invoice detail, so it is useless for me.
