  3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor. (I kinda like to think of it as like a Lightshot/Gyazo for files.) You can just drag it into the icon on your systray and it will provide a link to share the file.
