Been trying to find this for days now. I have spent hours on archive.org going through internetware.com, quarterdeck.com, qdeck.com, symantec.com when it was purchased etc. I've found some links for a Y2K upgrade iwc313.zip however it was on an ftp site so not archived, and the folder does not appear to be on the archive of ftp.symantec.com taken around 2015.
