  3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.   One of my favorite game a few years back, Ridiculous Fishing, still up on iPhone app store, but nowhere to be found on Play Store. I do some surface digging and found the developer tweeted about it. Which basically just saying that his app Ridiculous Fishing was removed because of some sort malware claim.
