  3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.   Alternatively if you want to keep what you have I wouldn't recommend using the SoGO even though it's the nicest and most modern option.
