  3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor. If I check it too often, it just shows all posts as read because they are. Simple and brilliant. (2) iOS Automation Shortcut starts a 9 minute timer when I open twitter or Instagram.
