  3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor. • Thanks to PCMR advice, finally stopped buying crappy "gaming chairs" and bought a real chair to game with. And it vibrates and heats up. On sale for just over $200.

• Does core strengthening actually work?

  I actually currently work an office job, though I do have the luxury of getting up frequently. That is the first thing I would recommend, is standing and stretching as often as you can. I also bought a chair from Autonomous (autonomous.ai) that has really good lumbar support and adjustability.
