I have been using Trello for a couple of years now and I must say, it's a great tool for organising tasks and collaborating with team members. It's simple to use, has a nice interface, and the mobile apps are great for on-the-go productivity.

I have a Tonal machine (tonal.com), which is essentially a cable machine that hangs on the wall. Tonal install requirements are really specific and they send you all the hardware to use, which are rated for 2x4 studs that are floor to ceiling. When you go to tonal.com you will see a women doing a decline chest fly right below the lebron james images (strength you can feel. Results you can see). That locking position on my tonal is 79 inches. That is the position of every overhead move I've done on tonal (250 workouts).
